Store Policies
We currently only work with digital delivery. This means that when you purchase a piece available on the website, you will receive a link to download a PDF file (containing the score and individual parts) and mp3 immediately. We avoid using physical delivery because of the additional costs of materials and shipping. Immediately after payment, a window will open with the file available for download and an email may also be sent with an access link. If you have any problems downloading, please contact us by email or phone and we will respond within 3 business days with a new link.
If you are asked to create and compose new material, a development deadline will be set according to its complexity. Upon completion, you will receive a link to download the files.
For digital products, exchanges will not be accepted due to the immediate download of the file after payment and, as it is an original composition, this is the way to prevent any piece from being sold.
For online class services, the change may be made to another time that is better for the client, as long as it is communicated 72 hours in advance.
Returns will not be accepted for digital product purchases, as files are downloaded immediately after payment. If you need help obtaining your download (e.g., an expired link), please contact us for assistance.
For class services, you can request cancellation up to 72 hours in advance.
For digital products that are already available on the website, refunds cannot be requested due to immediate download after payment.
For digital products that have been re-composed, a refund may be requested if the agreed delivery period is exceeded without 72 hours' notice. If this occurs, please contact us so that we can send you the full amount.
For class services, it can only be requested 72 hours in advance of cancellation.
